How do I order Whole Cuts and what do you have available?
If you would like to order whole unsliced vacuum packed cuts you must Download the PDF order form and fax your order to us. This is due to the varying weights of whole cuts.

We have the following whole cuts available: Eye Fillet, Scotch Fillet, Rump, Porterhouse, round, flank, skirt,chuck.
