Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over $100 enjoy free delivery. Orders under $100 are charged a delivery fee of $10.00 per order. We will contact you in within 24 hours of you placing an order to arrange a delivery time.
How can I avoid delivery costs?
Why not create one big order with a few other meat loving friends or colleagues? If you get the order delivered to your office or one residential address, and it’s over $100, you don’t have to pay delivery costs!
Where do you deliver and what time?
We deliver to all areas of Sydney and from late January 2010, Brisbane.(within 35kms of the CBD) If you are in Glen Innes, then please drop by the Eaglehawk Farm Shop @ 100 Grovers Lane to purchase.
We will arrange that with you after you have placed your order. We try and deliver between 10am and 8pm.
What if I am not able to be at home?
If you are not able to be there at delivery time the driver will leave it in an appropriate place or where you have directed in your ‘special delivery instructions.’ We will require you to purchase a cold storage box (Styrofoam) for $3.00 to protect your order until you get home. The boxes are very good at retaining the cool. Up to 8 hours.
IMPORTANT: Don’t choose the Cash on Delivery option at the checkout if you are unable to be home.
How do I pay?

- Download the PDF order form and Fax your order.
- Our Eaglehawk Farms vehicle will be equipped with a mobile teller machine so you can use EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. We will also take cash on delivery.
Sorry but we do not accept cheques on delivery.
How will my order arrive?
We pack your meat so that it arrives to you at the peak of flavour and tenderness. We vacuum pack meal sized portions to seal in the freshness. If we have to leave your order unattended at your home we pack the chilled meat in a Styrofoam box with ice so it will be safe for a few hours. You have the option of using products immediately or putting straight into the freezer.
How long does it take to get my order?
We send a truck from Glen Innes every week to Sydney and Brisbane. You will have your order delivered after a phone call to organize a suitable drop off time. If you need to have extra deliveries contact us or our staff in your city and they will be able to help you if they still have a supply of product. 1300 866 722
What if I want to pick up my order?
We now have a Farm Outlet Shop st Unit 48/5 Ponderosa Pde, Warriewood in Sydney.
At this stage we only have a cold storage location in Brisbane so drop-in is not possible there at the moment. If our beef is as popular in Brisbane as it is in Sydney I think a Farm Outlet will be up and running by the end of this year!
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
No signature will be required. Your product will be left in the specified location should you not be at the shipping address at the time of delivery.
When can I place my order?
You can place an order anytime online or by fax. Our Order processing rooms will be closed on weekends but orders can still be placed.
If I haven’t placed an order, can I still buy your beef?
Yes, we will have beef at our cold storage that can be delivered within 24 hours or less. We may not have all cuts in store but all the major items will be available unless we get a rush. Just ring our Eaglehawk Farms rep in your city or phone our Eaglehawk Farms Shop in Glen Innes.
